Knowing the laws and regulations will help you stay legal, safe, and in business! There have been changes in the law since the introduction of Senate Bill 507 in 2023, and if you are selling or planning to sell your produce directly to the consumer, you need to know them! This opportunity will teach you about what products are allowed in Farm Direct, how to label them, and how to keep records of your sales. This workshop will cover selling eggs, jams, pickles, honey, and more!
